 The Leadership Challenge ® is a two to three day workshop based on the bestselling book, The Leadership Challenge, by Barry Posner and Jim Kouzes. The workshop is a unique intensive leadership development program appropriate for all levels of leadership. Participants are given extensive feedback on their current leadership practices via the Leadership Practices Inventory®, and then compare this feedback with the practices of exemplary leaders. Leaders come away with several strategies and action plans they can execute on immediately. This course includes two 30 minute follow-up coaching sessions  to help the participant integrate the strategies into their daily work life.

   
Leading for Sustainable Results is a one-day workshop designed to provide executive and senior leaders with a clear picture of their effectiveness as seen by others and how their leadership strategies impact the behaviors of others. The focus of the course is twofold; increase the leader’s self awareness, and identify personal strategies that will close the gap between actual and desired impact. The course includes associated training materials, a 360 Leadership assessment with a detailed report. This course also includes two 30 minute follow-up coaching sessions to help leaders integrate the strategies into their daily work life.  


EQ for Leaders
is a one-day workshop designed to provide leaders at all levels of the organization with a set of strategies and specific action plans for increasing their effectiveness in the four key areas of emotional intelligence. IQ may get you in the door but EQ is what can take you up the stairs. The course includes an EQ self assessment, a detail report and associated training materials.


Managing Conflict and Resistance is a one-day workshop designed for leaders at all levels of the organization. Turn conflicts into opportunities with strategies design to redirect conflict into creative problem solving. Uncover what is behind employee resistance so you can address the real issues and move from resistance to alignment. This course incorporates the DiSC® survey to create awareness of behavior differences that lead to conflict and resistance.


Supervisory Skills
is a one-day workshop designed for supervisors and covers the five critical skill areas of organizing work, guiding work, managing performance, managing relationships, and developing staff. This course includes a self assessment, associated training materials and two 30 minute follow-up coaching sessions to help the participant integrate the strategies into their daily work life.

High Performance Team workshops can range from a half-day to several days based on your unique needs. Customize workshops are created to help close any gaps between current and desired performance. We start by identifying high leverage gaps then custom design and deliver a workshop or group of workshops targeted to meet your goals and objectives. Insights from the workshop are turned into results through high impact action plans. We will continue to support you in executing your new team behaviors and actions with post session coaching design to sustain the positive momentum created during the workshop. Your overall team progress is then tracked and validated using follow-up assessments.

 

The Five Dysfunctions of a Team workshop is an engaging two-day workshop that explores Patrick Lencioni’s team model on the five obstacles to high performing teams and what you can do about it. If you have ever been on a team you will recognize how each of these five dysfunctions can derail the best intentions. The five areas are; absence of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance of accountability and inattention to results. Pre and post assessments are used to pin-point areas of focus and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions. This course includes two 30 minute follow-up coaching sessions with team leaders.

DiSC® workshop can be delivered in a variety of formats from half-day to one-day sessions based on your team’s unique needs. Some focus areas to choice from include, improving communications, recognizing and removing barriers to performance, using strengths to your advantage, improving team effectiveness, and being response to customer differences. The workshop includes a DiSC® self assessment and associated training materials.  

 

 

MBTI® Step IITM Workshops

In this highly interactive one to two day workshop learn how your Myers-Briggs Step IITM type preferences shape the kind of leader you are, and how capitalizing on the specifics of your type can help you improve your performance. We focus on helping each participant, by giving them practical tools that enable them to work effectively with all types right away, and apply their new knowledge to the specifics of their situation. Two 30 minute coaching session are provided after the workshop to help participants stay focused on their objectives and work through unforeseen obstacles.

This workshop is highly customizable to meet your unique business or organizational needs and objectives. Some of the more common customizations include a focus on one or more of the following; communication, conflict management, team building, emotional intelligence, problem solving, decision making, change and personal effectiveness. As a part of this workshop, you will receive a personalized report on your Step II type preference, an MBTI workshop workbook, and additional MBTI and developmental handouts/items based upon your specific objectives.
